Announcements
You may order your announcements on-line.
Your degree, major, and time of ceremony are printed on the announcement. If you do not know your degree or title of your major, go to the "Student Advisement Folder" in the My Information System and look under the heading of Educational Objectives. If you are unsure of your college, check the list of colleges and departments.
Caps, Gowns, Tassels, Hoods
All graduates are required to wear authorized caps, gowns, and tassels. These souvenir-type packages are available for purchase from the Bookstore. Masters and Specialistswill be given their hoods on the day of commencement and are provided by the University at no cost.
Order on-line at http://www.herff-jones.com/college/graduation/ and have your cap/gown mailed to the Missouri State Bookstore or your home address.

- Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for Announcement production and delivery time.
- All orders must be paid in full when order is placed.
- Ship announcements to your home address or to the bookstore.
- Shipping charge on announcements is $8.95.
- Order your cap and gown online - you may pick it up at the bookstore the week of graduation or have it shipped to your home address.
- Shipping charge on cap and gown to your address is $10.00 per order.
- Sales tax of 6.6% will be added to all orders.
- Pay by credit card, check, cash, or ZipCard at the Missouri State Bookstore.
